The Quality policy implemented by IOD & Cie has resulted in IFS Food certification for all our partner sites, in order to meet the high standards required by European supermarkets and catering groups.

Food safety

Staff training: annual training on hygiene rules and the HACCP approach.

Product control: compliance with control plans enables us to check that our products meet individual specifications.

Process control: ensuring compliance with procedures through self-monitoring and internal audits.

Service quality and customer satisfaction

Listening to consumers: monitoring complaints and non-conformities.

Anticipating trends and making proposals: the IOD & Cie teams attend the main trade fairs in order to identify market trends and customer expectations.

Developing partnerships: with our suppliers and customers to establish precise and complete specifications. Factory audits and regular production controls.
