IOD & Cie is specialized in sourcing, processing and distribution of fresh and frozen seafood.

IOD & Cie has built its organisation around short supply chains, buying its raw materials directly from fishing boats, auctions and packing stations in Northern Europe. These raw materials are processed and packed in Poland in two production units, one specialized in white fish, the other one in salmon.

Species from Pacific area are processed directly in China before being imported into Europe.

To ensure compliance with our customers’ product and quality specifications, regular controls are carried out by our teams directly on production sites or at receptions  in our cold stores.

This sourcing and processing organisation enables IOD&Cie to offer a wide range of products to supermarkets, caterers and specialist wholesalers.
